The Manantial School was established in 2013 by Global Education Ministries, a Christian nonprofit organization in the United States.
Starting with only 26 kinder and primary students in the first year, Manantial now has over 200 students and has rapidly expanded to include a secondary school.
At Manantial our belief in the Gospel of Jesus Christ is directly reflected in the way that we instruct, discipline, and build relationships with our students. Every teacher aims to effectively teach from a biblical worldview and weave threads of the gospel into every lesson and student encounter. However, we gladly accept Christians and non-Christian families alike! No matter your religious background or personal beliefs, we welcome you and your child to join our school!
Over half of the staff at Manantial are native English speakers who deliver all instruction in English. We offer a full English immersion program in our kinder and primary classes. Our secondary classes are partially taught in English and Spanish. Students will naturally acquire English reading, writing, and speaking skills as they study all regular content areas. Teachers also use a variety of strategies and techniques to ensure that all students are able to learn.
Manantial is a private school with tuition rates that aim to afford all families the opportunity to become a part of the school regardless of their economic status. Our goal is to ensure Manantial remains a school with high quality education that is accessible to all children.

“My desire is that everyone we serve at Manantial would be able to feel at all times the joy that we have in Christ. I desire that we would be people of prayer; people that pray at the start of each new morning with all of our students of all ages. I also believe that we need to be a good example of love and humility. “How do we use education as a tool for ministry at Manantial? First, the teachers should be fully committed to their calling to serve the Lord through education. Teaching should not be considered merely as a job and nothing more, but as a tool for ministry first and foremost. Education of true and lasting value can only be achieved when the teacher has first saturated themselves in God’s Word and is disciplined in walking daily in relationship with Jesus. If this is happening then the biblical integration of content in the classroom will become natural. Biblical truth will naturally be woven into to each lesson and conversation. It is through these daily interactions with teaches that students will see the characteristics of a loving God who, we believe, is the source of everything we need in school and in life.”
